As a contact point and to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions and its end-to-end processes such as recruitment, on and off-boarding, employee relation, internal HR communication and payroll management and deliver on the calendar of HR and Payroll activities. 1. Hands-on in payroll processing and administration. 2. Prepare month end salary including sales commission and incentives. 3. Submission of monthly CPF contributions. 4. Prepare monthly payroll report to Finance Department. 5. Prepare and submit yearly IR8A via Auto-Inclusion Scheme. 6. Submission of NSmen claim and IR21 tax clearance. 7. Engage HODs to review job descriptions to ensure roles are aligned to achieve organisational goals. 8. Work with HODs to ensure we recruit the right fit candidate. 9. Manage end-to-end recruitment process which include job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates and making job offers. 10. Administer and manage onboarding and offboarding processes. 11. Handles work pass management and paperwork for foreign employees and their dependents, if applicable. 12. Co-ordinate and conduct periodical / annual performance review and appraisal and follow-up actions. 13. Periodical review and/or update of Employee Handbook and HR policies. 14. Timely update of employees\xe2\x80\x99 records in HRMS and maintaining of physical records. 15. Administer annual review and renewal of Work Injury Compensation (WIC) & Group Employee Benefits. 16. Administering of various ad-hoc and annual government grants. 17. Submission of mandatory periodical reports to MOM. 18. To oversee the training, learning and professional development of the employees. 19. Assist or perform other duties / tasks assigned. The ideal candidate should have: - \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of HR Managerial Experience or in a HR Supervisorial Position \xc2\xb7 A diploma or certification in HR Management or equivalent discipline. \xc2\xb7 He/She should have a good understanding of labour regulations, HR policies, processes and practices. \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRMS & Payroll software, such as Easy Pay, Info-Tech or AGHRM. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month Schedule:
