Job Description

Responsible for leading and directing the performance of the human resources management functions of the Corporation, including recruitment and hiring, salary and benefits administration, training and development and enforcement of company employment policies and practices.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably Psychology/Human Resources Graduate or any related course.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a similar capacity in hospitality industry or in a premier residential condominium development. Strong background in recruitment, personnel movements, training, organizational development and team relations.
  • Outstanding human relations/people orientation, conversant in behavioral interviewing, good English communication skills (both written and oral), computer literate, familiarity with raining needs analysis, program design, facilitation and evaluation.
