Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate job offers; facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

Employee Relations:

Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures; conduct investigations and recommend resolutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, leave); assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.

Training & Development:

Support the development and implementation of employee training programs.

Performance Management:

Assist with performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address workplace issues effectively.
