We are a rapidly growing, ever-evolving organization, and we are seeking new teammates to join us on our exciting journey.We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team as a Human Resource Operations and Project Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in both the day-to-day operations of HR and the management of HR projects. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the HR function within an organization.Responsibilities:Operations:

  • Employee Records:
  • Update and maintain employee records, including contact information, emergency contacts, benefits elections, and performance reviews.
  • Process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents.
  • Manage and file employee personnel files electronically.
  • Benefits:
  • Assist with benefits administration, including answering employee inquiries, processing enrollment forms, and maintaining benefits records.
  • Other Tasks:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Projects:
  • Assist with the planning, executing, and monitoring of HR projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct research on HR-related topics, analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Develop and write HR-related content, such as training materials, policy documents, and communication materials.
  • Assist with HR events and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with basic HR principles and practices (a plus)
