Job Description

Recruiting & Onboarding (30%)

- Structure positions to match business/project needs and potential talent pool

- External & Internal communication (applicants, partners, agencies, universities/colleges)

- Active outreach through talent databases to potential candidates

- Analyzing applicants and evaluate fit - organize interview sessions with hiring manager

- Support induction & onboarding program

Training & Development (20%)

- Support Supervisors in PDP execution

- Optimize existing training programs and content based on common PDP and strategic needs

- Execute training schedule and measure effectiveness

- Monitor training material and coordinate improvements

- Monitor regular un/re-learning

- Plan and Execute Team Development

Performance Management (10%)

- Support KPI definition and review (coordinate with Supervisor and Staff)

- Independent Talent Review (conduct interviews, create action plans and follow up on execution)

- Engagement & Satisfaction Management

- Plan and Execute Team Appreciation

Project Support (40%)

- Identify customer/project requirements and potential solutions

- Support onsite execution of events

- Facilitate execution of customer/project requests

Reporting Line: Director Sales or Operation

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
• Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients
• Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
• Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
• Prior experience in communicating with senior managers
• Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
• Self-motivated individual work enjoys working independently
• Passionate about language learning or event technology services
