Location: Bukit Merah
Employment duration: 12 months
Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Job description
Responsible for writing s for Service Delivery Division (SDD) staff including:
- Interviewing incumbent staff to understand their job scopes
- Drafting s based on stipulated templates
- Clearing the draft s with Capability Development Department (CDD)
- Preparing revisions where necessary
- Liaising with manpower policy department on the drafting of s and submission for Job Evaluations
- Knowledge transfer on JD/JE creations
- Sharing of industry best practices and norms
- Experience in Human Resources, especially in the area of drafting job descriptions, is preferred
- Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken
