Job Description

  • Responsible for the full cycle of the company's recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts, onboarding & orientation and training & development. * Review and craft job description Responsible for the full cycle of the company's recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts, onboarding & orientation and training & development. Review and craft job descriptions (JD) and create a JD library. Create and place job placement ads on job portals. Screen resumes received and conduct preliminary interviews before shortlisting of potential candidates for interview with respective hiring managers. Scheduling of interviews and conduct the interviews with hiring managers. Responsible to follow up with job offer and conduct reference checks for selected talent. Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare salary proposals for selected candidates. Ensure proposed salaries are aligned with internal benchmark. Responsible and administer foreign employment contract, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations. Responsible for administrative, on-boarding activities and logistics support for new hires such as explaining salary & terms of offer, contract preparation, personnel file preparation, induction and etc. Ensure accurate data reporting, keeping close track of new employees' probationary period and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner Track expenses relating to work passes and ensure consistency in billing. Explore and pilot innovative sourcing methods, and continue to find new ways of improving the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels. Handle all e2i Grants and Place and Train, or other grants that are beneficial for hiring needs. Work with department managers to develop training programs for onboarding & orientation. Conduct exit interview with resignee. Prepare manpower and other ad-hoc reports. Plan and participate in online recruitment fairs to build a robust talent pipeline. Assist on other HR projects as and when required Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Business 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry Strong working knowledge in time management and payroll systems is advantage. Working days : 5.5 Days Work Location : Jurong West Working Hour : 8:30am - 6pm (Monday -Friday) : 8:30 am - 1 pm (Saturday)
