• Support the development of manpower plans and development strategies to build effective pipelines of talent to meet the strategic objectives and manpower needs of the new acute and community hospitals which will be located in the eastern region of Singapore.
• Review the manpower requirements and provide analytical manpower projections to support key infrastructure and services.
• Monitor the utilisation of manpower budgets and prepare manpower reports and related statistics for manpower funding reimbursement.
• Determine and implement effective recruitment strategies and develop and manage manpower nesting plans for the various staff groups.

• Recognised degree in any discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in Human Resource
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manpower planning and modelling in large organisations
• Prior manpower planning and budgeting experience
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and possesses advanced MS Excel skills.
• Meticulous and equipped with up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and practical application
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and credibility across the organisation
• Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a fluid and dynamic work environment
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
