Job Description

Job Summary :Medpace is a global, full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and we are currently hiring individuals for exciting careers in the Human Resources function! Responsibilities :

• General administrative support of the APAC HR function including sourcing, interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, benefits administration and document management;
• Manage Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry;
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for global and regional HR requirements;
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
• Assist with social media content for Medpace recruitment activities;
• Assist with on / off boarding matters;
• Perform special projects assigned;
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications :

• At least Diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a professional office setting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
• Attention to detail; and
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
