Caterpillar\'s Asia Pacific Distribution Division (APD) team is seeking a talented Human Resources Consultant in Singapore.

Job Summary

As a HR Consultant in APD, you are acting as a HR Business Partner to support department head(s) to build pipeline, development and create values-based high-performing culture.

Additionally, you may be required to be the process owners for some of the HR processes such as:

Career and Succession Planning

Learning and Development

Employee Insights

Performance Management (including Goals setting, Termination and Disciplinary)

Recruitment and Onboarding

Mobility / International Assignment

Required Skill and Experience

Bachelor\'s degree (HR or related field preferred), with at least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience

Strong communication skills

Data Driven

Lean (improve efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating waste)

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resilient to changes
