Temporary position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general HR and Staffing functions in Singapore, Korea, India, Japan, China and Taiwan
  • Provide expertise and knowledge in the statutory and industry practices/standards
  • Demonstrate experience in all employee life cycle phases, including recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation, and succession planning
  • Participate in the development and implementation of international policies and procedures
  • Provide support to the group compliance audit and its related activities
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or Business Discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years\' experience working as a Human Resources Manager
  • Experience supporting Employee Relations at multiple Company sites in APAC
  • Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance in both countries
  • Experience supporting HR infrastructure, programs, and processes
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients/associates
  • Experience working in the technology industry/multinational organization preferred
