Oversee general HR and Staffing functions in Singapore, Korea, India, Japan, China and Taiwan
Provide expertise and knowledge in the statutory and industry practices/standards
Demonstrate experience in all employee life cycle phases, including recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation, and succession planning
Participate in the development and implementation of international policies and procedures
Provide support to the group compliance audit and its related activities
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or Business Discipline.
A minimum of 5 years\' experience working as a Human Resources Manager
Experience supporting Employee Relations at multiple Company sites in APAC
Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance in both countries
Experience supporting HR infrastructure, programs, and processes
Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients/associates
Experience working in the technology industry/multinational organization preferred
