Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient administration of HR processes and a seamless host experience.





Key Responsibilities:



Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems. Prepare correspondence, track office supplies, and manage HR documentation. Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and onboarding. Respond to employee and management queries on HR policies and programs. Support HR Business Partner activities including engagement initiatives, performance management coordination, and HR reporting. Assist with payroll administration by verifying attendance, preparing payroll data, and resolving related queries in coordination with Finance. * Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
