We are looking for Human Resources Executive (Contract) at various locations to be outsourced to our client\'s place.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Resignations & Terminations
- Foreign Workers - Foreign Worker Quota, Recruitment, Housing requirements, etc.
- Communication with Factory Workers
- Employee compensation & benefits, insurance policies (WICA, GHS, GPA, GMM)
- Payroll (in time to come, once she has settled down)
- Job scope, Organisation Chart, SOPs
- Any other ad-hoc matters as requested by management
- Min Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university
- Min 2 years of experience required
- Office Hours/ 5 Days
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Good management skills of team
