Job Description

We are partnering with a leading client in the crypto industry to hire a Human Resources Executive focused on HR operations, with a strong emphasis on training and development.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, organize, and implement training programs for various departments within the exchange Ensure training plans align with platform goals and business development needs Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize training processes Track and analyze training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed Collaborate with different teams to ensure training content is relevant and timely Assist with new employee onboarding by providing necessary training modules and materials

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Prior experience in training within the financial services or crypto exchange industry Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices relevant to exchange platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams Strong analytical capabilities to assess training performance and drive continuous improvement
