The Job
  • Stay updated on Singapore Employment Law and market trends to ensure compliance and best practices within the organization.
  • HR Operations: Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Work Permit Processing: Ensure compliance with government regulations by processing work passes for foreign workers, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Employee Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and contracts, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Employee Welfare Administration: Administer employee welfare and benefits programs, including leave management, medical benefits, and other employee support programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Payroll Vendor Management: Collaborate with outsourced payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including reviewing supporting documents for changes
  • Recruitment and Selection: Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Annual Performance Appraisal Management: Support the implementation and management of the annual performance appraisal process
Requirements
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
  • Successfully worked independently as the sole HR practitioner in a company.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with individuals at all levels, from CEO to blue-collar workers.
