We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as a Human Resource Executive. The successful candidate will provide a full range of HR guidance and support to the business units which includes activities such as manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee life-cycle management, performance management, employee relations and exit management. Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
  • Attend recruitment roadshows and career fairs
  • Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance - EP, WP and SP application.
  • Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
  • Update and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal data and records.
  • Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, hiring status, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes to prepare HR statistics / data for management reporting.
  • Conduct exit interviews, and clearance including support in disciplinary issues, grievances and handling termination of employment cases.
  • Support in HR initiatives and staff engagement projects when required
  • Assist to support employee related matters such as employee welfare, enquiries.
  • Assist in securing airport passes for employees or contractors as and when required
  • Take on other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Prior work experience in recruitment agency/HR will be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Good computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful
  • Bilingual (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
  • Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
  • A team player, highly motivated and energetic.
