Overall Job Summary Successful incumbent is responsible to provide support in the day-to-day overall HR and office administration functions, including administering pay and employee benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, updating of HR policies and procedures, employee relations, employee life cycle and administrative matters.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance in full employee on-boarding and off-boarding cycle.
Ensure employee records are well maintained and accurately updated into SuccessFactors and Opensoft HRIS systems.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Administer Training and Development matters which includes training plans, training records, external courses applications.
Assist to review and update Employee Handbook and HR policies and procedures.
Identify and explore ideas/suggestions to improve day-to-day work processes for efficiencies.
Provide support to facilitate performance management process which includes administering of annual bonus and salary review exercises.
Provide HR advisory on HR operational matters.
Provide support in Corporate & Governance matters such as J-Sox, internal audit, etc.
Provide support in handling employee relations, welfare and CSR/ESG activities.
Prepare HR reports and surveys.
Provide support in regional HR matters.
Perform the duty of buyer-admin role for procurement.
Cover office admin duties when required.
Perform any other HR & Admin related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience with a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, diplomatic and people-oriented.
Good team player and yet able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to multi-task with good time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and IT savvy.
Experience with Opensoft and SuccessFactors HRIS software will be an added advantage.
Able to commence employment immediately or within short notice is preferred.
