Position title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Sin Ming Ln

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 830am - 530pm

Salary : up to $2800 (depends)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

The HRE will report to the Human Resources Manager and will liaise closely with Head of Departments in providing support in all HR related matters. The incumbent will need to have a good understanding of the Employment Act.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide support to the Human Resources Department handling day-to-day HR functions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection such as job advertisements, screening of resumes, arranging of interviews and work pass processing to fulfil manpower requirements
  • Participate in career fairs and explore new recruitment initiatives to enhance Company\'s branding
  • Responsible for the onboarding and preparation of contracts and relevant documents for new employees and offboarding for employees leaving the Company
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system in ensuring accuracy and up-to-date at all times including employee personnel files
  • Handle payroll functions and ensure timely / accurate processing of payroll transactions and leave management
  • Liaise and communicate with government on HR matters and apply for HR-related
  • government grants or funding programmes
  • Plan and organize employee training, team building events and corporate retreats
  • Handle employee medical insurance and benefits administration
  • Assist in payroll-related government claims (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave) and government grants.
  • Assist in employees training arrangement and administrations.
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax filings (IR8A and IR21) for all employees.
  • Liaise with corporate insurer on employee benefits activation, policy renewal, medical and hospitalization matters.
  • Sorting of incoming mails twice a week
  • To provide support on overseas work trip arrangements
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
  • Preferably with 2 years of work experience in HR related duties
  • Candidate must be well versed in the Employment Law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of AGHRM software will be an advantage
