Job Summary:

• Company background: Global Leader in Marine & Offshore Power Supplies
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30am - 6pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 3,500 (dep on exp) + Performance Bonus
• Company transport provided at Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan and Serangoon

Primary Responsibilities

• Support HR department on administrative functions
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
• Update HR databases and coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
• Application/Renewal/Cancellation of work pass.
• Organise team building and other company events.
• Relevant study in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Singapore\'s employment laws.
