Job Description


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in people operations to build/lead our HR department. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company\'s goals and values. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage HR functions in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Experience leading a small team is required.

This role is open to Singaporeans, Singapore PR and Malaysians only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. * Employee Engagement:

- Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns in a timely and fair manner. * Performance Management:

- Implement and maintain a performance management system that includes goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in managing their teams effectively. * Training and Development:

- Identify training and development needs and create programs to address them.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. * Policy Development and Compliance:

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and ensure the organization\'s compliance. * Compensation and Benefits:

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and benefit analysis. * HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Generate reports for senior management to support decision-making. * Day-to-day office management

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR Management.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar manager position and managing a HR team, experience in a technology company is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and work ownership, able to work independently.
  • Self-disciplined, highly organized and can multitask.
  • Tech savvy. Familiar with Google Drive, Google Suite, Google Sites. Experience with recruitment and payroll platforms. Strong self-learning ability of new tools and platforms is crucial for the success of this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to develop and carry out training programs for managers and employees.
  • Have structured thinking. Ability to do analysis and work with key HR performance metrics. Experience with eNPS and OKR is a plus.
  • Ability to build team morale and promote company culture.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and regulations. Knowledge of labor laws in the US and other countries is an asset.
  • This role requires 3 days/week working from the office (Jurong East).
