NetVirta is a fast growing, venture-backed startup in the fashion fit technology space. If you\xe2\x80\x99ve had difficulty shopping online because you couldn\xe2\x80\x99t find clothing or footwear that fit, you\xe2\x80\x99ve experienced the problem we address. It\xe2\x80\x99s an issue that troubles shoppers around the world and NetVirta is uniquely positioned to solve it.Founded by two MIT graduates and located in Boston and Singapore, NetVirta is the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading fit technology provider for medical, retail and sports equipment brands, helping customers order the right size with precision 3D body scanning. We began serving the medical industry in 2013, helping doctors scan medical patients to create custom-fit orthotics and prosthetics. In 2017, we expanded to enable NFL and NCAA football players to obtain custom-fit helmets. Fast forward to 2022, NetVirta\xe2\x80\x99s closed deals with multiple clothing and footwear brands in North America, Europe, and Asia.Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate a wide range of employee engagement and welfare activities
• Promptly process applications on Applicant Tracking System, coordinate and conduct interviews
• Support in the delivery of HR tasks for all stages of employee lifecycle
• Draft social media company branding post contents
• Offer suggestions to help improve HR practices that are feasible and aligned with business needs.
• Provide support for other departmental projects and administration work as required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant courses.
• Graduated candidates from Human Resources or relevant courses and/or with prior experiences are also welcomed
• Able to commit for 4-5 months, ideally from October 2024 to January/February 2025
