Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline + IHRP certification will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience preferred + Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulation

JOB DESCRIPTION
The HRM supports the organization in overseeing the strategic management and development of human capital in the Company. HR manager is responsible for the equitable execution of HR processes and practices.
Human Capital Management
Administer the full spectrum of HR strategic workplace planning and other HR-related initiatives such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, career development, exit management and successful planning
Administer and recommend improvements in the company\'s HR policies and practices to the management
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR statutory requirements
Oversee the management of the online HR AGHRM system and maintenance of staff data
Analyze staff data, including feedback and employee engagement survey responses to increase the effectiveness of HR practices
Support professionalization of the Company by developing proper s for each position and job sizing to support career development
Support the standardization of company forms including employment contracts and review of any benefits as directed by the Management
Human Resources Administration
Oversee monthly payroll processing, reconciliation and reporting
Review and revised HR manuals and handbooks to be kept up to date with latest MOM guidelines and best practices
Maintain employee benefits programmes and direct the processing of the benefits claims
Work with respective team leads to manage HR issues
Ensure compliance with all corporate audit requirement
Staff Welfare and Development
Provide support to prepare employees for assignments through on-boarding orientation programmes
Drive staff welfare through welfare and recognition initiatives including bursary and scholarship initiatives
Oversee overall medical and insurance policies and claim processes
Support staff development by working with Supervisors to map out learning and development road map
Work with training team and training partners to roll out training deliveries for WSQ courses for sub-contractors
Team Leadership and Management
Set goals and performance standards with supervisors for direct reports for annual appraisal and ranking for promotion and performance bonus etc
Mentor colleagues and provide continuous feedback and coaching to support professional growth and development for colleagues
Organize secretariat duties for HR committee meetings, staff ranking exercises and promotion ceremonies
Identify, develop and administer relevant applications for national organizational awards
Support implementation and running of WSQ courses for trainers
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
