As a Human Resources Manager, we rely on you to: Be responsible for the day-to-day HR operational matters for Jen Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition function Update and maintain the HRIS system to keep HR records current and accurate Promote and launch HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement Assist DHR in the budgeting and year end performance review exercise Oversee all matters of employee work pass and visas Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs Be responsible for all statutory surveys for the hotel Assist DHR to work closely on all union- related matters Take charge of the Learning & Development program of the hotel
Requirements: Ideally Diploma or Bachelors Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management or any related discipline preferred At least 5 years experience as a HR generalist Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice Team player with excellent communication skills Enjoys working in a highly empowered and energetic workplace environment Willingness to learn and develop expertise across various HR disciplines IT savvy with HR systems Can create engaging presentations and written documents Strong in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
