Job Description
Direct Search Global is partnering a EPC contractor in the marine & offshore sector to fill a vacancy for HVAC Engineer in Singapore. Details of the position as follow:
- Involved in all mechanical engineering designs, calculations, preparation for bill of materials and liaise with customers and suppliers on any engineering query
- Preparation and submission of design and construction documents
- Technical review and clarification with customers and suppliers
- Coordination of designs with other engineering disciplines/departments
- Involved in construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities
- Identify company scope of work for projects
- Monitor the progress of document submission
- Draft scope and guide drafters in drafting related works
- Good team player
- Willing to learn new activities
- Good communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Knowledge in mechanical design is a MUST
- Knowledge in HVAC colling capacity calculation, pressure drop calculation and duct sizing
- Must have basic knowledge in fire suppression
- AUTOCAD hands-on experience
- MS Office literate
- Diploma or Degree qualification
