HVAC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Preventive Maintenance work are as follows:
1. Not limited to repair and maintenance of- chillers, air compressors, generators, UPS, FCU, VRV, submersible pumps, air compressor rotation, air dryer cleaning, AHU filter cleaning, testing, etc.
2. Assists defined preventive maintenance activities and monitor contract based preventive maintenance of all facilities equipment
3. Document procedures for all preventive maintenance works
4. Estimates, coordinated and complete work orders related to preventive maintenance.
5. Inspect and Analyze existing HVAC Systems, determine the conditions of existing units and verify operating parameters for accuracy.
6. Perform test and troubleshoots existing system or units.
7. Recommend changes to the system in order to ensure a good performance. 8. Identify standard details and develop new one as required
9 Prepare Preventive Maintenance Program schedule of work.
10.Coordinate Maintenance program with the unit users to determine relative priorities and on time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force.
11.Assigned maintenance manpower within his assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities
12.Supervision of Manpower (Technicians, Installers, Helpers, etc.)
13.Prepare reports in every tasks or work accomplishments.Qualifications and Skills:
* Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
* Knowledge of budgetary practices and principles.
* Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices.
* Skill in operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
* Skill in estimating time and materials.
* Skill in both verbal and written communication.
* Skill in applying supervisory techniques.
* Graduate of Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineer
* At least 2 to 5 years of supervisory level experience and also preventive maintenance of HVAC.
* Can start immediatelyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
