Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Attend or lead a team of workers to carry out various site activities including but not limited to:-


Commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and installation of RHVAC (Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment and appliances. Conduct surveys, inspections, and prepare corresponding reports. Coordinate with clients, ship crew, and relevant stakeholders during commercial or technical meetings. Prepare progress and close-out reports for every assigned task. Support the Sales and Commercial Department by providing material and labour cost estimates for quotation preparation. Train and mentor junior RHVAC technicians to ensure proper technical and safety practices. Perform MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services for marine HVAC systems, including planning, troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, carrying out minor repairs, and conducting full servicing or overhauls of equipment in accordance with OEM standards Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in RHVAC or marine systems preferred. Strong technical knowledge in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems Able to read and interpret technical drawings and service manuals. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and comfortable working onboard vessels or at shipyards. * Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position.
