We are seeking an HVAC Solutions Sales Engineer to join an industrial equipment manufacturer located in

Boon Lay

. This is a

permanent role

with a

Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

, offering a stable and structured working arrangement. The position comes with a

basic salary of up to $5,500

What You'll Be Doing

Identify and engage prospective clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the engineering team to design HVAC solutions aligned with customer requirements. Lead and coordinate site surveys with subcontractors and vendors for HVAC upgrading works, including chiller plant and airside projects. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, briefings, and proposals to customers. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in accordance with company policies and customer expectations. Compile regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

A Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Between two and four years of relevant experience within the HVAC industry. A strong customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering suitable solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
