Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and committed HVAC (Aircon) Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of local experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems like single , multi split system, VRV system , AHU, Ventilation system etc . This role requires 24/7 standby availability for on-call duties, including the flexibility to work on Sundays, public holidays, or midnight shifts to address urgent client needs.





Key Responsibilities:


Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with aircon units and related equipment. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency. Respond promptly to emergency service calls, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service, clearly explaining technical issues and solutions to clients. Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities. Adhere to safety standards and local regulations at all times.
Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician in the local market. Expertise in air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair. Availability for 24/7 standby on-call duties, including Sundays, public holidays, and midnight shifts. Valid HVAC certification or equivalent qualifications (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
