Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information. Role Summary We are looking for someone able to flex their skills across project management and quality control. Reporting into the local Account Director and supporting Project Management, QC and Traffic teams; you will be focused on coordinating and managing project stakeholders and deliverables as well as being the final check point on web, social and in-store assets. Although based-in and primarily covering the APAC region you will also need to take a wider global view, working closely with colleagues in two other Hogarth hubs (California and the London). There will be a constant need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines to ensure expectations are well-managed both internally and externally, very strong communication and organisational skills will be an essential foundation. Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from brief ingest to delivery
  • Day-to-day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
  • Coordination between project/transcreation management, Hogarth design, linguist and production teams, client and agencies,
  • Respond to information requests from the Group Account Manager or Account Directors
  • Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with client
  • Assist in the booking and trafficking of linguistic resources
  • QC of materials pre-delivery to the client, checking all adapts are correct to brief and branding as well sized and to spec for publication.
  • Liaise with Design team to correct any and all errors
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of the client brand guidelines and expectations, keeping up to date with any changes as these evolve
  • Liaising with Project Management & Design teams to ensure consistency and quality across materials, with an eye on continuous improvement and increased efficiency
  • Flagging any concerns or issues experienced with the format in which work is received, so that feedback can be given and processes consistently adhered to
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years Project/Account Management/QC experience in an ad agency or in-house creative department
  • Client facing with proven experience building client/stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working with multiple media channels including print, digital, social and video
  • Experience managing creative workflow, i.e. internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery
  • Proficient with technology and tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English in a must; knowledge of another language is a plus but not mandatory
  • Organized, proactive with good communication skills both verbal and written
  • An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to work at pace while maintaining absolute focus (and in an open plan environment) are essential to success
  • A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
  • Experience managing multimarket projects with grounded understanding of requirements across the local region
