A global leader in providing technological products and services is looking for an IA Manager to lead and be part of their fast-growing and driven team

Your new role
The IA Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of regulatory & compliance-related audits for the company and all other entities under the umbrella of the company. You will play a supervisory role to all the functions of SOX reviews and audits, identifying control gaps and develop ideas for improving system compliance matters. You will be working with different departments on control-related activity and conduct risk assessments to mitigate risks through internal controls. In addition, you will serve as an advisory function on internal controls which enhances internal audit standards on a regional scale.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance and have a minimum 7 years of relevant/related experience in an internal audit function. Big 4 Candidates with Audit experience are welcomed to apply but need to know SOX. Furthermore, You will also need to have good stakeholder management skills and be able to work well with colleagues, senior management and external parties. Last but not least, you must also be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
