A market leader in the trading & manufacturing industry is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their fast-growing team in Singapore.

Your new role
This is a regional role where you will be a key driver to the overall Finance functions from being responsible for the correctness of P&L, Balance Sheet, Compliance, Tax for the firm's entities, to ensuring correctness with the accounting standards. You will be a team lead for the local Finance team and spearhead the expansion of the finance team along with the growth of the company. In addition, you must ensure that the financial annual report is completed correctly as well as the yearly financial audit. You will also need to ensure tax control and compliance are in line with international and local standards. You will prepare budgets, financial reports and business cases. Lastly, you will drive the Risk Management with key emphasis on Financial Accounting principles like cash flow, credit risk.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance, and have at least 8 years of regional accounting experience. You should also have experience leading a team and be able to build long lasting relationship with the Management Team members across all levels in the organization. Lastly, you should possess excellent communication skills.
