ICG (Institutional Client Group) is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks. In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia. We are looking for a Business Manager with strong analytical skills, relevant experience and understanding of sales organization in a bank

Your key responsibilities:
Will be expected operate within the ICG Business Management with a reasonable degree of autonomy
Executing and driving across a variety of tasks and deliverables including process improvements / cost management, strategic deliverables, presentations, regulatory inspections
Working with designated country / desk heads to enable and execute agreed business strategy
Interact collaboratively with middle/back office to ensure seamless execution and minimize operational risk
Reviewing & managing cost, performance and headcount related to overall business
Your skills and experience:
7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role within Financial Services with a strong understanding of sales organization, revenue credits, client strategy.
Product knowledge across Fixed Income & Currencies and must be comfortable with core products including Credit Trading, FX and Rates
Strong analytical skills including understanding of sales commissions / revenue credits, cost management and headcount management.
Demonstrated experience in project management & running initiatives independently in a sales environment.
Understanding of current and future changes to market structure and commercial drivers of the business.
Ability to manage competing priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders as necessary to agree sequencing.
Excellent communicate skills both written and verbal to interact with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization effectively.
Teamwork oriented and collaborative
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
