Details of the Division and Team:

FIC Client Enablement is a new function sitting within the broader FIC COO Group and plays a key role in driving the strategic revenue and growth initiatives of the Institutional Client Group. Specifically it aims to deliver:

a seamless and competitive client experience when getting counterparties \xe2\x80\x98good to trade\xe2\x80\x99 and then dealing with Deutsche Bank; and

innovative client relationship management tooling that facilitates effective and profitable client coverage with considered allocation of resource

You\xe2\x80\x99ll perform a client-facing role covering a number of the Institutional Client Group\xe2\x80\x99s - (ICG\xe2\x80\x99s) - highest priority clients. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for managing their funds onboarding pipeline with them proactively; organizing and coordinating functional inputs to the internal process \xe2\x80\x93 (across Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management etc) and face off directly to the key relationship managers in ICG.

This will be a key area of strategic development in the short to medium term as ICG looks to establish a competitive edge that can drive deepened client relationships and revenue growth. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for setting up structured reporting and tracking from which ICG can monitor it\xe2\x80\x99s functional performance with key clients with a view to tracking and effecting client experience trends.

Your key responsibilities:

Day-to-day coverage of ~10 key ICG clients making sure that their funds onboarding and related needs are met efficiently; that they have full transparency on progress and issues and you are their single point of contact and trusted advisor in the space

Partnering closely with Operational Client Relationship Management (OCRM) counterparts to ensure seamless operation health of the broader client relationship

Close partnership with all functions impacting the funds onboarding processes ensuring key resources are made available as required and all working shared and well articulated priorities

Defining a target state that delivers a high quality, systematic and efficient client experience in funds onboarding

Supporting a change agenda and programme of work to deliver that target state

Your skills and experience:

5+ years\' experience in a client onboarding or similar roles within the Banking/Finance industry

Prior experience in KYC, Change, Relationship Management, Legal or Credit Risk functions

Experience facing both clients and senior internal stakeholders

Experience in building and managing business process with multiple stakeholders and inputters

Proven ability to \xe2\x80\x98see the big picture\xe2\x80\x99 and define target state processes that are both client-centric and achieve internal efficiency and robust control

Knowledge of Investment Banking business areas including the products; clients and their motivations.

Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and produce quality work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision

Collaborative and disciplined approach to problem-solving and work dynamically across multiple functions

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement may apply.
