:Details of the Division and Team:Deutsche Bank is looking for an experienced KYC professional for a role within the Investment Bank \xe2\x80\x93 Origination & Advisory (O&A) division. As part of the front office trade enablement function, you will be expected to work closely with bankers as a control function to detect Anti-Money Laundering (AML/TF) risks prior to transactions.The Transaction Coordination Group (TCG) is responsible for ensuring O&A clients are successfully on-boarded per our bank\xe2\x80\x99s KYC policy standards, satisfying regulatory requirements and tax reporting. TCG has the mandate of building a front to back model with focus on monitoring, client experience and accurate reporting via in-house systems.This role requires performing client due diligence, ensuring business controls are met, working with the various control teams and liaising across the levels of management. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements21 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour Key Responsibilities:Single point of contact to interact with bankers/clients to obtain KYC, Tax, and regulatory requirements for all onboarding and periodic reviewsExhibit the highest standards of client engagement with transparency and focus on the client experienceReview and screen documents to ensure reliability and accuracy in line with policy requirementsDevelop a strong understanding of the overall process and act as the subject matter expert to support the teamEngage with onshore and offshore teams and liaise with Compliance/Business/External counterpartsIdentify and escalate potential risks and operational issues effectivelyMonitor and track exceptions until closureBuild relationships by communicating, influencing, and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, consultants, technical experts across departments and businessesConfidential handling and maintenance of sensitive client data and documentationRemain updated with Regulation and Industry KnowledgeYour Skills and Experience:At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the Banking/Finance industryKYC background, or with prior experience as a Bank\xe2\x80\x99s trade support rolesWorking knowledge in relation to private side business (e.g., Corporate Finance products, Syndication/agency, Capital Markets)Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and produce quality work under tight deadlines and minimal supervisionAbility to work with teams remotely across the APAC region, navigate matrix reporting and handle multiple systems simultaneouslyStrong sense of ownership and responsibilityAwareness of Operational Risk managementProficient in MS Office applicationsRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
