Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled

I&C Engineer

to join our marine projects team. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will be a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring project standards and requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and external resources, keeping projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Evaluate technical challenges and develop effective solutions. Liaise with management and clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives aligned with company goals. Assign project tasks and monitor progress through regular updates. Analyse risks and opportunities, and escalate issues as needed. Serve as a communication bridge between company teams and external parties. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong teamwork and client-facing skills. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance practices.
