Role Responsibilities Within Technology, Transformation and Operations (TTO) SC has established a world class 1st line Information and Cyber Security ("ICS") capability to support the Business, Funct Role Responsibilities Within Technology, Transformation and Operations (TTO) SC has established a world class 1st line Information and Cyber Security ('ICS') capability to support the Business, Function and Region to deliver their strategy and continuously improve ICS posture against ever evolving threats. This role provides central support to the CISO of the Bank and the ICS COO for the ICS organisation in delivery of their responsibilities, covering activities such as General Management Collaborating with colleagues across the ICS and broader TTO organisation to ensure actions requested of the CISO and ICS COO are well coordinated, planned, tracked and successfully fulfilled. Working closely with the CISO and ICS COO executive assistants to plan and prioritise engagements and ensure that respective teams are notified in advance and prepared for any support, information or materials required. Enabling the CISO and the ICS COO as required with regards mailbox management, handling of requests and ensure respective teams are engaged early to support any required deliverables. Coordinating the ICS and COO management team(MT) meetings, planning agenda topics and appropriate attendees to cover key topics, tracking and following up on actions, minute taking. Maintaining the ICS MT central information areas such as Sharepoint or Teams sites, managing the permissions and access, ensuring relevant information is kept up to date. Responsibility for Singapore location support activities that require in location presence such as premises, business continuity plans in addition to supporting Singapore team engagement events. Helping identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborating with colleagues to enable focus on efficiency and productivity. People and Culture Coordinating regular cycle HR activities on behalf of the CISO and ICS COO such as Senior Manager Regime reviews, access reviews, preparing objectives and sharing across the MT for input into performance management systems. Lead through example and help build the appropriate culture and values across the ICS teams. Work closely with the business support colleagues across ICS, providing a central point of contact. Support in executing the CISO and ICS COO people leader responsibilities including reasonable steps or risk related items and people related programs such as ways of working transformation. Governance and Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, the role will have access to confidential information, and this should be handled in accordance with Bank guidelines. Prepare reports, presentations, papers, and review material to support discussions and decision making as required by the CISO or ICS COO. Coordinate and support business engagements or ad-hoc requirements with other teams / partners in the Bank and external parties as required to support the CISO or ICS COO Commitments. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively support to identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Expert collaborator, able to manage by influence and maintain strong relationships with teams across ICS. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across various levels in the organisation including leadership teams. Superior communication skills - oral, written and presentation. Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite of office tools, Mural, JIRA and Confluence skills beneficial. Must be able to work autonomously, able to initiate and successfully drive work to completion with little management supervision. Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes. Experience in Information Security in Banking, or Financial services is beneficial. Strong integrity, independence and resilience. Experience in Agile organisations is preferred.
