Job Description


Responsibilities

(A) ICT Matters

  • Assist ICT Team to oversee and manage ICT inventory for ICT Assets (Tracking; Servicing; Replacement; Loan).
  • Assist ICT Team to oversee and manage AVA Assets (such as Laptops, Mobile Devices, Projectors, Visualizers, Cables, etc.) in the company.
  • Assist ICT Team to oversee the operation and upkeep of the meeting rooms AV equipment used by staff.
  • Assist ICT Team in the procurement of ICT equipment and services.
  • Assist on stock management of Audio Video equipment in company and provide multimedia assistance (e.g., photography, videography, records, postproduction).
  • Liaise with vendors to source and manage ICT infrastructure and services in consultation with ICT Team.
  • Perform day-to-day operations involving the Company ICT infrastructure and programmers.
  • Troubleshoot all network connectivity issues.
  • Configure the BIOS system and Setting up Encryption key (Bit-locker).
  • Support staff on the operation of equipment related to ICT Media system.
  • Assist ICT Team to archive of company media resources and regular backup of data (where applicable).
  • Support ICT Team and coordinate with other ICT support staff.
  • Work closely with the ICT Team to spearhead IT initiatives & to support ICT implementations in the Company.
  • Provide software/hardware assistance to staff & diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
  • Provide Orientation, Training and Implementation of current and new company hardware or software technologies.
  • Perform electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
  • Respond to callouts in a timely fashion.
  • Follow instructions, either written or in diagram form, to set up a system or fix a fault.
  • Assist in the field service site visit with the engineer in the machine site setup, maintenance and troubleshooting if required.
  • Identify and uses relevant digital tools to streamline/ enhance work processes.
  • Perform any other tasks and duties assigned by the Company Management to meet company ICT needs.
(B) Administration Support:
  • Support the company admin team in performing some of their daily job functions relating to arranging courier or running short errand to collect/delivery, assisting the remote admin and HR team in Corp-pass approval.
  • Handle all email, phone, and mail enquiries to manage and resolve urgent and/or difficult administrative cases.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Correct the errors and organize company information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing
  • Implement IT data backed up policy and ensure that it done promptly.
  • Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.

Qualifications
  • At least NITEC in Electronics (Computer & Networking) or Higher NITEC in Information technology or Diploma in Information Technology
  • At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience (experience in PC support, network equipment and network cabling support preferred).
  • Proficient in Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac Operation System, and software installation.
  • Proficient in LAN, WAN & Cloud Computing.
  • Basic Networking knowledge for enterprise Routers, Switches, firewalls & Wireless Equipment.
  • Excellent team player, organised, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication skills with good command and effective of written and verbal English to all levels.
  • Possess valid driving license will be advantageous.
