Job Description
Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (opt to extend)
Working hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
ICT Support for Teaching and Learning
1. Support teachers in the movement and setup of learning devices.
2. Support teachers in recording lessons or activities for professional sharing or reflection.
Multimedia and Collateral Design
3. Design digital collaterals for events (e.g. posters, slides, videos, etc.) in collaboration with event owners.
4. Prepare digital lesson materials (e.g. slides, videos, SLS lessons, etc.) in collaboration with teachers.
5. Assist in the design and production of in-house digital collaterals for school communications.
Event and Publicity Support
6. Provide photography and/or videography support during key school events, including post-event production such as editing, publishing and archiving photo and video content.
Requirements
- Higher NITEC in an ICT related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT, AV and related teaching support (prior exposure to school-based ICT or multimedia support will be an advantage).
- Familiarity with multimedia design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing softwares) and basic design principles.
