BSFIL Technologies, Inc. a Filipino-owned food ingredient manufacturing & distributing company is currently looking for an ICT Assistant Manager to join their Information & Communications Technology Team.The ICT Assistant Manager will be given the following responsibilities:

• Assist the ICT Manager in defining team strategies based on the set objectives and goals of the company.
• Assist in the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all ICT functions.
• Assist in planning, designing and implementation of all ICT projects.
• Manage the performance and skills development of the ICT Staffs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed fit by the management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• Highly knowledgeable in management of Linux and Windows O/S in a business environment.
• Highly knowledgeable in installation, configuration, testing and deployment of network infrastructure and server hardware.
• Highly knowledgeable in different network services such as internet, firewall, database, DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP, VOIP, NFS Samba, email, and various security software.
• Highly knowledgeable in implementing and expanding file backup systems.
• Knowledgeable in implementing permissions and restrictions, group policies, and routing rules.
• Able to identify the need for new systems or re-engineering of the existing systems.

Educational Background & Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any ICT-related course.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in ICT industry with proven track record in the successful delivery of major IT initiatives.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in team management.
• Experience in leading and implementing software development projects and ERP system.
• Experience in leading ICT projects across all business functions.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per monthBenefits:
