Job Description
:
- Basic periodic maintenance of AV/IT equipment
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues involving AV/IT equipment and systems
- Physical replacement of faulty AV/IT equipment (e.g. ceiling mounted projectors)
- Manage inventory of AV/IT equipment
- Laise with vendors regarding maintenance and purchase of AV/IT equipment and consumables
- Manage user accounts for the school wireless network
- Update the digital signage system
- Render and upload lecture recordings
Salary: $2200-$2400/Month
Location: Serangoon Ave 3
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Up to 8 weeks a year (During Examination Periods): Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in AV/IT or engineering related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Strong willingness to learn
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
