Responsibilities of the ICT Executive:
Provide professional ICT support and technical expertise for the school\'s ICT implementation.
Manage ICT projects, assist in ICT planning, and introduce new solutions for teaching and learning.
Handle daily ICT operations, procurement, and inventory management.
Manage school-initiated and MOE HQ projects, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Gather ICT needs, propose suitable solutions, and assist in procurement.
Maintain ICT resources and establish security procedures.
Collaborate with other ICT staff and assign tasks as directed.
Stay updated on technology trends, inform staff, and coordinate with vendors.
Audio Visual (AV) Support:
Set up and maintain AV equipment.
Provide AV support for school events and troubleshoot technical issues.
Resolve AV equipment problems and ensure optimal audio-visual experiences.
Additional responsibilities of the ICT Support Officer include:
Assisting the school in resolving ICT-related problems by providing appropriate solutions.
Offering consultancy and guidance to teachers on ICT-related matters and issues.
Providing technical assistance to teachers and students in the preparation of special events, such as Open House, conferences, competitions, and projects.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline, or Diploma in Film, Sound & Audio or a related discipline.
Mandatory requirement: Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ICT and AV support for School
Proficiency in:
IT skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Application Development.
AV skills, such as video production and event management.
English language proficiency
