Responsibilities:
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot
PaperCut
and print-related software/hardware integration
Administer and support internal infrastructure: servers, workstations, network devices, IP-PBX, CCTV, etc.
Manage networking, firewall, VPN, and related configurations (FortiGate preferred)
Provide end-user support (onsite & remote) and training
Procure and maintain IT / print-equipment inventory
Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, and implement preventive measures
Act as escalation point for technical issues spanning system, network, voice, and print domains
Support ongoing IT projects and infrastructure improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Computer Science, Infocomm, Networking
or related disciplines
At least
2 years of relevant experience
in IT support, system/network administration or infrastructure management
Hands-on experience in configuring/troubleshooting
routers, switches
and
FortiGate firewalls
Familiar with
Windows, Linux and macOS administration
Experience with
virtualization platforms
(KVM, Hyper-V, VMware)
Admin experience in
Office 365
,
LDAP
,
Active Directory
,
Azure AD
Good knowledge of
Wireshark
or other monitoring tools
PaperCut experience
is an advantage (training provided)
Class 2B or Class 3
will be an added advantage (for on-site support)
