Provide device management and technical/application support for ICT equipment and users.
Install, test, maintain, and repair ICT devices and peripherals. Track and manage ICT inventory and loan records. Coordinate with vendors and assist in ICT-related administrative tasks. Provide on-site technical support for school events and programmes (e.g. audio/video setup). Assist in video production and editing when required. Conduct ICT training sessions for students on Microsoft and Google applications. Support school leaders, teachers, and ICT staff in day-to-day ICT operations. Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in any field.
Prior experience as an ICT Executive or similar role in local schools preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in AV setup, video/media production, and video editing software. Familiar with ICT device troubleshooting and technical support. Experience in inventory tracking and conducting ICT trainings for students (Microsoft/Google apps). Good command of spoken and written English. Duration / Working hours: 1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026) Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays ** We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
