Contract period : 4 Jul 23 or earlier \xe2\x80\x93 31 Dec 23

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays unless on special school functions and specifically requested by HOD ICT/ School. Off-in-lieu will be awarded by the school in such cases.

The Services required are set out as follows:

\xef\x82\xa7 Preparation, conducting and collation of surveys for school and departmental needs.

\xef\x82\xa7 Design ICT training materials based on school\xe2\x80\x99s requirements, and conduct training for staff and students where needed.

\xef\x82\xa7 Support video capturing and editing for Open Classrooms.

\xef\x82\xa7 Supporting video conferencing in school programmes.

\xef\x82\xa7 Provide technical support and procurement of items for departmental programmes.

Research and work on new ICT projects in line with the school\xe2\x80\x99s needs.

The Personnel providing this service shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Polytechnic Diploma [or its equivalent] or relevant WSQ certificates. Salary range from $2,200 - $2,600 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

2. a) Have good communication and interpersonal skills

b) A good team player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi task.

c) Proficient in the use of soft wares and stays current in the use of technology.

d) Competent in carrying out video editing
