What the role is:ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore\'s internal security and stability. For over 75 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the operation and support of our Mission critical ICT systems and applications. You will be involved in the system operation & support strategies, formulate standard operating procedures to ensure proper operation of ICT systems, and ensure compliance to system resiliency standards. You will receive knowledge transfer and training on the system operations support. You will also be supported by solution providers in the investigation and escalation of technical issues.What you will be working on:

• Management of procedures & workflows for execution of preventive and corrective maintenance works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the development of system operation & support strategies, formulation of internal and external KPIs for problem resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders for incident response, investigation and problem resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in project planning and provide technical consultancy to projects.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related ICT field, or equivalent competencies will be preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants with no experience may apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to coordinate, organise, prioritise and multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player, versatile in learning and strong interests in technology \xe2\x80\xa2 Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
