Description

& Requirements

ICT Training 1.1 Assist HOD/ ICT and SH/ ICT in coordinating ICT lessons, projects, and programme implementations. 1.2 To assist in designing and planning for ICT Baseline training programmes (iTrain) for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students. 1.3 Recommend ICT equipment/ tools to support teachers with teaching and learning. 1.4 Provide training and support for MOE ICT Initiatives (Student Learning Space, Parents Gateway, Staff/Student ICON, Google Classroom, Zoom etc.) to students, parents, and teachers. 1.5 Provide advanced ICT Training for ICT Mentors. 1.6 Provide ICT support to teachers during ICT infused lessons. 1.7 To work with Multimedia Teacher in-charge to train teachers and students on the Multimedia Equipment. (Note: The above instructional duties are to be carried out by the candidate with minimum supervision). 2.0 Technical Assistance Support 2.1 Assist in photography/ videography of school events, classroom observation requests, and/ or any other multimedia projects assigned by the school. 2.2 Assist to maintain Multimedia inventories and records including deployment of Multimedia equipment to classrooms. 2.3 To maintain the MEDIA Network Drive. 2.4 To assist with updating of School Website. 3.0 Other Duties 3.1 Other ad-hoc administrative and logistical tasks as and when requested by the school, (e-Exam, Home-Based Learning (HBL), Cyber Wellness festival, School Anniversary Celebration etc.) 3.2 Coordinate and work with the Desktop Engineers (DE) and any other ICT staff in the school. 3.3 Other duties assigned by HOD/ ICT, SH/ ICT and/ or ICT Associate/ Manager Qualification : Diploma in multimedia design and computer studies / Information technology

Salary Range

$2,800 - $3,200
