Conduct training for New Media Literacies o Develop abilities to curate, create and connect with others in the digital networked environment . Conduct ICT training for staff . Plan and coordinate ICT training schedule for students. . Prepare lesson plans for submission to Subject Head ICT for approval before the start of lesson. . Monitor and collate students' attendance and evaluation at the end of every course for SH/ICT. . Award certificate of proficiency for students with at least 75% attendance. . Guide and support pupils in ICT competitions. . Provide customized training for CCA: Infocom Club & Talent ID . Provide training for teachers in the use of ICT devices or ICT applications. . Provide technical support for teachers in the use of ICT during ICT- integrated lessons. . Assist teachers in the setting up of ICT equipment in ICT-integrated lessons and examinations. . Assist in ICT-related projects assigned by the school. . Trainer to support Media related work (video creation / poster design etc) 2. Administrative Duties . Supervise students during free access labs sessions. . Plan Schedule for Use of Computer Labs & Push Carts. . Assist in stock taking and condemnation of ICT inventory. . Assist in conducting surveys and compiling results. . Assist in updating the bookings for the use of computer labs or mobile carts. . Assist in doing photography and videography for school events and other activities outside school as well as creation of photo and video montages. . Provide support for other ICT-related duties assigned by the school. . Report breakdown in computer labs to technical assistant . Housekeeping of computer labs Maintenance of School Website. Requirements . Diploma in media-related IT or equivalent. . Able to conduct training for children between age 6 to 12 and maintain classroom discipline . Proficient in: Photoshop Microsoft Office applications Photography and Video production Graphic design Google Suite applications Basic coding . Ability to communicate clearly in English Must be a MOE registered instructor Other Information Working location: Pasir Ris Working hours: 7am - 4pm
