The trainer will play an active role in planning, conducting, and supporting ICT-related lessons and projects in alignment with the school's Applied Learning Programme (ALP) and strategic digital education goals.

Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 7.20 a.m. - 4.50 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
May be required to assist on weekends for special school events, with advance notice.

Must be prepared to observe any change in schedule or perform overtime work when required.
What You'll Do
Design, prepare, and deliver ICT training materials for students in alignment with the school's ALP and digital learning objectives.
Conduct lessons and workshops on:
Google Workspace
(Classroom, Docs, Sites, etc.)
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
iPad Apps
such as Procreate, Apple Classroom, and productivity tools.
AI Tools
such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc. Support the implementation of the
Personalised Digital Learning Programme (PDLP)
, including training students and liaising with vendors on device management.
Assist in school-wide ICT initiatives such as
National Digital Explorer (NDE)
,
Code for Fun (CFF)
, and
AI enrichment programmes
.
Provide
technical, AVA, and multimedia support
, including photography/videography for lessons, events, and staff training.
Collaborate with teachers to integrate ICT tools effectively into teaching and learning.
Train and mentor student ICT/AVA leaders in equipment handling and media production.
Manage and update the school website and other digital platforms as required.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Diploma
in IT, Multimedia, or related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
iPad and Apple productivity apps.
Emerging
AI tools
for education and productivity. Basic photography, videography, and editing skills.
Effective classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to train and support both
students and staff
in ICT applications.
