. Plan and prepare relevant schedules and materials to be used in ICT- based customised training after consultation with the HOD ICT . Conduct ICT-based customised training for stude . Plan and prepare relevant schedules and materials to be used in ICT- based customised training after consultation with the HOD ICT . Conduct ICT-based customised training for students and teachers . Curation of ICT-based customised training materials after consultation with the HOD ICT . Provide support for ICT-related competitions (for example, 'Our Schools, Our Stories' Photo Contest) . Compile student end-products and select the best ones for showcase . Provide the following multimedia services: - Photography and photo-editing services - Videography and video-editing services - Designing of school event related multimedia materials (e.g. e- banner) . Assist the HOD ICT in updating and maintaining the School's website . Assist the HOD ICT with the equipment inventory, mainly managing the Infocomm Media Club equipments, and other ad-hoc ICT-related work Work closely with the HOD ICT and School Leaders to spearhead technology-related initiatives. Requirements Experience . 2 years' experience conducting the following customized ICT-based training for students and teachers, preferably in a primary school: o Office Applications (e.g. MS Office) o Photography and photo-editing software o Videography and video-editing software o 2D stop motion animation and design Programming. . 2 years' experience providing the following multimedia services: o Photography and photo-editing services o Videography and video-editing services o Designing of school event related multimedia materials (e.g. e- banner) o To show evidence of experience of the above mentioned multimedia services, personnel could prepare weblink, softcopy, etc. of the following multimedia pieces for evaluation: - THREE, photos - ONE, 30 sec to 2 min video clip ONE, e-banner. Qualification A Diploma in Computing or a diploma in any field related to computing. Other Information Working location: Bukit Panjang,Choa Chu Kang, Teck Whye. Working Hours: 7.30am - 5,00pm
