Salesforce Ignite is a customer-facing, digital strategy and design consulting team within Salesforce. We help C-level executives at Fortune 2000 companies recognize and interpret forces of change in their market, and collaborate with them to plot a course towards a more robust digital future through human-centered design.

Our engagements combine elements of strategy, user-research, visioning, ideation, visual storytelling, business model design, rapid prototyping, and in-market concept testing and experimentation.

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our ASEAN Ignite team. The ideal candidate is a maker at heart and understands how researchers, strategists, and designers solve problems for Salesforce\'s largest customers through cutting-edge, insight-based concepts, prototypes and compelling, immersive storytelling. As an aspiring innovator, you will be expected to drive various aspects of an engagement, across industries and challenge companies to become the platform for positive change.

  • Collaborating with teams to build human-centred scenarios that translate stories into compelling business, product and/or service experience transformation opportunities.
  • Creating artefacts that deconstruct complex information to communicate concepts and business value, as simply and effectively as possible, whilst achieving the highest possible aesthetic.
  • Rapidly bringing ideas to life through a variety of means, from hand-drawn storyboards to functioning prototypes and beautifully designed artifacts with digital prototyping tools (eg. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Working on fast-paced projects, collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team and having fun while doing it.

This job is on-site in Singapore with ASEAN customer-facing travel.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of reimagining experiences through design thinking approaches
  • Visual communication design, UX design, Interaction design or related design degree preferred
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to self-start, perform program/project management effectively
  • Positive attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and highly collaborative individuals preferred.
Additional desirable experience and qualifications
  • Experience designing for mobile apps, web, accessibility, and analytics across B2B and B2C is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, or any other ASEAN language would be a plus.
